Domestic Shipping:

- Orders are processed within 2-5 business days Depending If product needs personification (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Standard Shipping (7-20 business days): €5.00
- Free Shipping (7-20 business days)
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on Personifications.
- Shipping Carriers:
- Orders are shipped via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. The carrier is chosen based on the most efficient delivery method.
- Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order on the carrier’s website.

- Lost or Stolen Packages:
- Kits Malta is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, KitFusion will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Address Changes:
- Ensure all shipping information is correct at the time of purchase. KitFusion is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or outdated addresses.
- Shipping Delays:
- Kits Malta is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable events.
- Orders placed between the end of January and mid-February 2025 may be subject to additional processing delays due to operational shutdowns during this period.
